I tried to move to get up but my body would not obey me. A loud intracranial hum was warning me that my body was about to takeoff. I have been through this experience so many times, but I confess that I have never been able to get accustomed to the strange sensation of OOBE or projection of consciousness.
I know that the most experienced and brave and disciplined projectors I know deal with this as well as breathing, but for me the preliminary feeling of takeoff is still a great and unusual discomfort. Suddenly my astral body or awkward psychosoma began to float and bump into the furniture.
I really have no control over it; I am a spontaneous and clumsy conscious projector, but I am. So, even so, I have my stories to tell and I hope I can contribute to helping those who need information on this topic. After I managed to stop bumping into everything, I looked at my body on the couch and thought: I think I left the body to optimize my reflection on that part of the song that never comes out of my head. So I gave up on seeing the total lyrics of the song but the name of the song and the album where it is found appeared mysteriously in my parabrain since I do not remember having this knowledge:
It is the extraphysical brain of the psychosoma both of the consciousness that is desomado (consciex), resomada (conscin), or projected (projector) temporarily through the psychosoma, with or without full extraphysical lucidity.

So, I realized that my Consciousness Projection or OBE seemed to have the objective of promoting an expansion of consciousness about me in relation to the general context of that experience. Then I thought:
If someone is good that someone has certainly learned to get rid of the devil (harassers:physical or extraphysical pursuers), but if that person is even better, if it is excellent, learned to take at least a little bit of light, clarification and assistance, to the devil.

After this reflection and verification, I sat in an armchair next to the sofa and looked at my inert body on the sofa, looking dead ...
My inert body led me to remember Raul Seixas completely debilitated in a hospital bed in an image I saw years ago. He dessomad(died) shortly after.
As soon as I remembered this, I was pulled abruptly into my body and, as always, I spent a few minutes totally stunned by that experience.
My stunningness is also due to the fact that I am a very inexperienced and undisciplined projector in relation to my efforts to gain sufficient energy control to take control of my projections; by the way, that's why I got pulled; after all, I could have been out of the body longer if I had conditions to control instead of being controlled in my O.B.Es (projections of consciousness).

Clairvoyance
Self-criticism aside, after the stunning, I researched this work of Raul Seixas and discovered that he wrote this song the same year he died and this made me think of the possibility that this part of the song was a foreboding or even even a clairvoyance of him about the proximity of his death, especially in the last sentence where he says:
"And I here isolated where nothing is forgiven I saw the end calling the principle so that they could meet"
Notice that he says "I saw the end calling the beginning to meet." He could have said I felt the end ... but he said "I saw the end ...".
It is also interesting to note that he says "... the end by calling the beginning ...." This makes him understand that he refers to the end of physical life and to the principle of extraphysical life; that is, he seems to understand that at the end of physical life or death the very death calls or is the call to the beginning, the beginning of a new life; the afterlife. He further says that the end calls the principle "so that they could meet" and this is very interesting because he seems to poetize on the moment of death as the brotherly meeting of two forms of existence; where the end (death) calls, invites ... the beginning (new life) to an encounter, as a kind of farewell between two lives where physical existence embraces, thanks, fraternize ... with extraphysical existence and passes the responsibility so that extraphysical life takes control of the existence of consciousness from that moment on.
As I said this would be a typical poetic way for artists to express themselves on the thesis that consciousness is immortal, so the death of the physical body is only the discard of a vehicle of manifestation of consciousness, but that consciousness will continue driving another vehicle that is just an invisible vehicle for our mortal eyes.
My self-criticism of what I just wrote is that, as to how my consciential level was before I had this projection, I had a good consciential expansion since I was upset when I lay down on the couch and my intention before to lie down was just sleeping and forgetting the world.
Well, the account of my projection has the purpose of explaining that the projection of consciousness or out-of-the-body experience is a great evolutionary tool since the projection of consciousness gives you the opportunity to visit an environment that is able to optimize the expansion of your consciousness and, in this way, you will have much more conditions to advance in your daily life with respect to your creativity, productivity, maturation, understanding of existence as a whole, especially your existential programming(or mission of life, if you prefer)

Tentei me mover para levantar-me, mas meu corpo não me obedecia. Um forte zumbido intracraniano alertava-me de que o meu corpo estava prestes a "decolar"... Eu passei por essa experiência tantas vezes, mas confesso que jamais consegui me acostumar com a estranha sensação da OBE ou projeção da consciência.
Sei que os projetores experientes e mais corajosos, disciplinados... do que eu, sabem lidar com isso tão bem quanto respirar; mas, para mim, a sensação preliminar da "decolagem" sempre foi um grande e insólito desconforto.
De repente meu corpo astral ou psicossoma desajeitado começou a flutuar e esbarrar nos móveis. Eu realmente não tenho controle sobre isso; sou uma projetora consciente espontânea e desastrada, mas sou. Portanto mesmo assim, tenho minhas histórias para contar e espero poder contribuir para auxiliar aqueles que precisam de informações sobre este tema.
Após conseguir parar de esbarrar em tudo, olhei para o meu corpo no sofá e pensei: Acho que saí do corpo para otimizar minha reflexão sobre a parte dessa música que não sai da minha cabeça. Então desisti de ver a letra completa da música, mas o nome da música e do álbum onde esta se encontra surgiram no meu "paracérebro" misteriosamente, já que não me lembro de ter esse conhecimento:

Em seguida, me perguntei: Por que estou fora do corpo e recebi a informação sobre um título de álbum de música com menção ao "diabo"?
Mal terminei de me questionar sobre isso e me lembrei de uma frase da oração de São Francisco de Assis: "Onde houver trevas que eu leve a luz".
Assim, eu percebi que aquela minha Projeção da Consciência ou OBE parecia ter o objetivo de promover expansão da consciência sobre mim em relação ao contexto geral daquela experiência. Então pensei:
Se alguém é bom esse alguém certamente aprendeu a livrar-se do "diabo"(assediadores), mas se essa pessoa é melhor ainda, é excelente,
aprendeu a levar ao menos
um pouco de luz, de esclarecimento e
assistencialidade, ao "diabo".

Ora, São Francisco não disse: Onde houver trevas que eu fuja das trevas.
Senti satisfação em concluir isso.
Após esta reflexão e constatação, sentei-me em uma poltrona ao lado do sofá e fiquei olhando o meu corpo inerte, parecendo morto...
Meu corpo inerte me levou a lembrar de Raul Seixas complemente debilitado em uma cama hospitalar numa imagem que eu vi anos atrás. Ele "dessomou"(faleceu) pouco tempo depois. Tão logo lembrei-me disso eu "fui puxada" abruptamente para o meu corpo e, como sempre acontece, eu passei alguns minutos totalmente atordoada com aquela experiência.
Esse meu atordoamento é também devido ao fato de que eu sou uma "projetora" muito inexperiente e indisciplinada em relação aos meus esforços para conquistar o domínio energético suficiente para assumir o controle das minhas projeções; a propósito, por isso eu "fui puxada"; afinal eu poderia ter ficado mais tempo fora do corpo se tivesse condições de controlar ao invés de ser controlada em minhas O.B.Es.(projeções da consciência) .

Clarividência
Autocrítica à parte, passado o atordoamento, eu pesquisei sobre essa obra de Raul Seixas e descobri que ele escreveu essa música no mesmo ano em que "dessomou"e isso me fez cogitar a possibilidade de que essa parte da música tenha sido um pressentimento ou até mesmo uma clarividência dele sobre a proximidade de sua morte, principalmente na última frase onde ele diz:
"E eu aqui isolado onde nada é perdoado VI o fim chamando o princípio pra poderem se encontrar "
Observe que ele diz "VI o fim chamando o principio pra poderem se encontrar". Ele poderia ter dito "Senti o fim...", mas ele disse "Vi o fim...". Interessante também observar que ele diz "...o fim chamando o princípio...." Isso faz entender que ele se refere ao fim da vida física e ao princípio da vida "extrafísica"; ou seja, ele parece entender que no fim da vida física ou morte a própria "morte" chama ou é a chamada para o "princípio", o início de uma nova vida; a vida após a morte. Ele diz, ainda, que o fim chama o princípio "pra poderem se encontrar" e isso é muito interessante porque ele parece poetizar sobre o momento da morte como o encontro "fraternal" de duas formas de existência; onde "o fim"(morte) chama,"convida"... o "princípio"(nova vida) para um encontro, como uma espécie de despedida entre duas vidas onde a existência física "abraça, agradece, se confraterniza..." com a existência "extrafísica" e "passa o bastão" para que a vida extrafísica "assuma o controle" da existência da consciência daquele momento em diante.
Como disse, essa seria uma maneira poética típica dos artistas de se expressarem sobre a tese de que a consciência é imortal, logo a morte do corpo físico seria apenas o descarte de um veículo de manifestação da consciência, mas que a consciência vai continuar "dirigindo" outro veículo que apenas é um veículo invisível para os nossos olhos mortais. Minha autocrítica sobre o que eu acabei de escrever é que, em relação a como o meu nível consciencial estava antes de eu ter essa projeção consciente , ganhei uma boa expansão consciencial, uma vez que eu estava aborrecida quando me deitei no sofá e minha intenção antes de me deitar era apenas dormir e esquecer o mundo. Bem, o relato desta minha projeção tem o objetivo de explicar que a projeção da consciência ou O.B.E.(out-of-the-body experience) é uma grande ferramenta evolutiva uma vez que demonstro aqui que fora do corpo você tem a oportunidade de "frequentar" um ambiente otimizador da expansão da consciência e, desta maneira, você terá muito mais condições de avançar em sua vida cotidiana no tocante à sua criatividade, produtividade, amadurecimento, compreensão da existência como um todo, principalmente da sua programação existencial (Proéxis ou missão de vida, se você preferir). One of My Experiences on Projections of Consciousness or O.O.B.E. (out-of-the-body experience)
In a certain event at CEAEC - Center for Higher Studies of Conscientiology; Foz do Iguaçu; Brazil - I entered the laboratory of projection of consciousness, prepared everything, sat in the armchair and began to do basic energy mobilization exercise; an exercise I learned from the first courses of IIPC - International Institute of Projectiology and Conscientiology. But as I began to feel an uneasiness incompatible with the practice, I decided to interrupt it to make notes related to it.
I got up from the chair and went to the table. I tried to pick up the sheet of paper with my hand several times, but I could not. My hand went through paper without even moving it as little as possible. Then I thought, "I am out of my body as lucidly as I have never been before ." It was unbelievable !!!
Perplex, I turned to look at the armchair and there was my inert body. After the "fright", I was excited and I floated to the top of one of the walls. Up there, I began to try to cross the wall, first with my hands. With a little insistence I felt my arm as if sucked by the wall and, suddenly, I was already outside the CEAEC campus. The campus was stunningly clear. Without hesitation, I returned to the entrance of the campus and decided to reach the reception.
To my surprise, a teenage colleague of the Nutrition and Dietetics course was waiting for me; I was a student of that course at the time. She cried a lot and said that things were very bad in her house. I tried to protect her and know what exactly was happening in her house. She just cried and said she was not sure what the problem was. So I told her to come home and that as soon as we were in the ETE (São Paulo State Technical School) we would talk.
After that I remember going straight back to the lab without redoing the course. Something like, "I thought, I came back." After the event, I returned to São Paulo. Already in the ETE, I entered the empty room and sat in the chair as always. Few of the students were coming in, and the classmate came in and sat down next to me.
I asked her if everything was okay and she said yes. I pressed the question asking if everything was well in her home. She said yes. She was smiling and calm. I tried not to self-suggest with the expectations of success of my experiment and to focus on the desire for what was best for everyone, as I learned from Waldo Vieira that this is the best and most sensible desire we can have.
A few days later, sitting in the same chair, I was suddenly surprised at her entrance exactly like she introduced herself to me at CEAEC, only she cried more quietly than during my conscious out-of-the-body-experience (O.O.B.E.) .
To my "astonishment" she told me the same thing that she said at the CEAEC reception and I only gave her affection and attention since she could not even say what was happening, she only assumed, so it seemed the conduct of her parents, that things were not going well between them. She feared for their separation. I was perplexed by this occurrence. It was the realization that my classmate and I really found ourselves in the "extraphysical" dimension during my CEAEC laboratory experiment. I hardly believed that it had just happened and it stunned me for a few days.
However, as I always say, no one has to believe in any of this. The only thing I can say is that only the person and his experiences can provide him with his own inner certainties. So, if you are interested, I suggest that you research the institutions of Conscientiology and, if possible, go to CEAEC and do the lab practices. I answer only for myself.

Autodidatismo
Waldo era um eterno AUTODIDATA. O Autodidatismo é muito sério, muito importante...e estudar por conta própria, com discernimento a respeito de literatura de alto nível(assuntos pró-evolutivos) expande a consciência muito mais do que estudar em qualquer instituição educacional, não importa quão altamente considerada esta instituição seja. Experiência de Laboratório

Uma de Minhas Experiências sobre Projeções da Consciencia ou O.O.B.E.
Em um determinado evento no CEAEC - Centro de Altos Estudos da Conscienciologia, Foz do Iguaçu, Brasil - entrei no laboratório da projeção da consciência, preparei tudo,sentei-me na poltrona e comecei a fazer o exercício de mobilização básica de energia (exercício esse que aprendi com os primeiros cursos do IIPC - Instituto Internacional de Projeciologia e Conscienciologia). Porém, como passei a sentir um desassossego incompatível com a prática, resolvi interrompe-la para fazer anotações relacionadas a isso.
Levantei-me da poltrona e fui em direção à mesa. Levei a mão à folha de papel mas não consegui apanha-lo. Tentei pega-lo diversas vezes mas a minha mão passava através dele sem ao menos move-lo o mínimo que fosse. Então pensei: Estou fora do meu corpo tão lucidamente como jamais estive. Era inacreditável!!!
Perplexa, virei-me para olhar a poltrona e lá estava meu corpo inerte.
Passado o "susto", fiquei entusiasmada e volitei até a parte mais alta de uma das paredes.
Lá no alto, passei a tentar atravessar a parede, primeiro com as mãos.
Com um pouco de insistência senti o braço como se sugado pela parede e, de pronto, eu já estava do lado de fora do campus do CEAEC.
O campus estava impressionantemente límpido. Sem hesitação, volitei até próximo à entrada do campus e resolvi chegar à recepção.
Para minha surpresa, lá estava a minha espera uma colega adolescente do curso de Nutrição e Dietética (eu era aluna desse curso na época).
Ela chorava muito e dizia que as coisas estavam muito ruins em sua casa.
Tentei ampara-la e saber o que , exatamente, se passava em sua casa. Ela apenas chorava e dizia não saber ao certo qual era o problema. Então eu disse a ela que voltasse pra casa e que assim que estivéssemos na ETE (Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo) conversaríamos.
Depois disso lembro-me de ter volitado direto ao laboratório sem refazer o percurso. Algo como: "pensei, voltei".
Finalizado o evento, retornei para São Paulo.
Já na ETE, entrei na sala vazia e sentei-me na cadeira de sempre.
Poucos alunos iam chegando e a colega mencionada entrou e sentou-se ao meu lado.
Perguntei-lhe se estava tudo bem e ela me respondeu que sim. Insisti na pergunta indagando se em sua casa estava tudo em ordem. Ela respondeu que sim.
Ela estava sorridente e tranquila. Eu tentei não me auto sugestionar com expectativas de sucesso do meu experimento e focar no desejo de que acontecesse o que fosse melhor para todos, como aprendi com Waldo Vieira que esse é o melhor e mais sensato desejo que podemos ter.
Passados alguns dias, sentada na mesma cadeira, fui subitamente surpreendida com a entrada dela exatamente como se apresentou a mim no CEAEC, só que chorava mais discretamente do que durante a minha projeção consciente ou OOBE(out-of-the-body- experience).
Para meu "espanto" ela disse-me a mesmíssima coisa que disse na recepção do CEAEC e eu apenas lhe dei carinho e atenção já que ela sequer sabia dizer o que estava acontecendo, apenas presumia , pelo que aparentava a conduta de seus pais, que as coisas não iam nada bem entre eles. Ela temia pela separação deles.
Fiquei perplexa com essa ocorrência. Era a constatação de que minha colega de classe e eu realmente nos encontramos na dimensão extrafísica durante o meu experimento de laboratório do CEAEC.
Eu mal acreditava que aquilo acabara de acontecer e isso me atordoou por alguns dias.
Entretanto, como sempre digo, ninguém precisa acreditar em nada disso. A única coisa que posso dizer é que apenas a pessoa e suas experiências podem lhe proporcionar as próprias certezas íntimas. Assim, caso você tenha interesse, sugiro que pesquise sobre as instituições da Cosncienciologia e, se possível, vá ao CEAEC e faça as práticas dos laboratórios. Eu respondo apenas por mim.
Essa foi apenas uma das muitas experiências sobre projeções da consciência ou OOBE que eu tive antes e depois de conhecer a PROJECIOLOGIA.

"Holorgasmo" (holo + orgasmo) – Orgasmo holossomático; êxtase máximo gerado pelas energias de todo o holossoma.
"Holossoma" (holo + soma) – Conjunto dos veículos de manifestação da conscin: soma, holochacra, psicossoma e mentalsoma; e da consciex: psicossoma e mentalsoma." (Waldo Vieira)
Bem, se você não entendeu quase nada darei abaixo algumas explicações para facilitar a compreensão:
"conscin": consciência intrafíca (o indivíduo, o ser humano)
soma: corpo
"veículos de manifestação": o corpo físico e os corpo mais sutis popularmente conhecidos como espírito, alma, essência, como você preferir.
"holochacra": o conjunto ou totalidade dos *chacras.
"psicossoma": popularmente conhecido como envólucro fluídico que liga o corpo ao espírito; corpo psíquico, perispírito(espiritismo).
"mentalsoma": corpo mental, sede da consciência...
"consciex": consciência extrafísica: popularmente conhecido como espírito ou corpo desencarnado.
*chacras: "do sânscrito - são os centros de força situados no corpo energético e que têm como função principal a absorção de energia - prana , chi - do meio ambiente para o interior do campo energético e do corpo físico. Além disso, servem de ponte energética entre o corpo espiritual e o corpo físico." -Wagner Borges

Para mim significa que o homem não deve se comportar egoisticamente, deve se relacionar com os outros, pois depende deles para viver. Qualquer outro homem que morre, ele morre um pouco, pois depende dele para continuar vivendo. Por isso não deve perguntar por quem os sinos dobram anunciando uma morte, porque também está na realidade anunciando a dele própria.
É lindo isso. Também me arrepia.
Ernest Hemingway usou essa frase "Por Quem os Sinos Dobram" para escrever um livro que virou um lindo filme com Gary Cooper e Ingrid Bergman, que já vi inúmeras vezes.
"TEÁTICA" : neologismo de Waldo Vieira que significa teoria associada à prática.
Gratidão pode ser apenas teórica, o que significa quase nada.
Teática: Gratidão associada à Retribuição, ou seja, teoria associada à prática, o que significa muito e tem valor imensurável.
