Introduction

 

 

I have been fascinated by butterflies since childhood and I was not satisfied with the explanations I received about the concept of body and soul. So I found my own explanation by looking at the mysterious, fragile, bright, subtle, inigmatic butterflies ...

Well, the adults taught me that the soul inhabited the body and that when the body died the soul escaped the body and would be free to fly. Thus, it made perfect sense to my childish mind that the butterfly was the closest to the concept of soul, and in this way, the caterpillar was the body that housed the butterfly. But, in my childhood opinion, the caterpillar was a very tight prison that trapped and oppressed the wonderful butterfly.

What about the cocoon? Thinking about cocoon was too much for me.
Reflect: Striving to try to understand the inigmatic body and soul ("body-caterpillar and butterfly-soul") was a mess in my mind, imagine what it would be like to mix it all with metamorphosis.

I was a very different child from the others, according to the opinion of the people around me: eccentric, questioning, curious, creative; intelligent, insightful and sensitive beyond the natural (or supernatural if you prefer) ... In fact, I thought of butterflies as supernatural beings

 

Poetically, in this article, the butterfly that represents my soul (psychosoma), lost the courage to experience, again, to be conscious at the moment when it will detach itself from the cocoon (sum or body).

LUCIDITY during DISMEMBERMENT before PROJECTION of the CONSCIOUSNESS (Out-Of-The-Body Experience)

According to what I learned in the IIPC - International Institute of Projectiology and Conscientiology - I have always been a spontaneous conscious projector, that is, the projector that does not control the exit out of the body; this happens naturally. However, exercising the energetic maneuvers learned in IIPC courses, I got to experience some lucid projections caused by my will and once managed to experience the moment of dismemberment of the psychosoma of physical body before out-of-the-body experience.

I was curious about how it felt the moment the psychosoma shutdown because I always went out of the body without realizing how it happened during the dismemberment and I heard the story of some people saying that they perceived that moment, but it was very difficult to achieve and required much effort and firm will.

 

So I began to ask my invisible helper to help me experience this occurrence, and there was a night when I was determined to do so. So I told my invisible helper:

 

-I'm ready, my invisible helper. Help me please?

 

I lay on my back and started to maneuver my energies in order to achieve a powerful vibrational state. I used the energy mobilization techniques I learned in the IIPC courses, as I said above, and suddenly, I started to feel something very difficult to explain with words, but I will try to explain with the help of an easier to understand analogy. .

Think of a butterfly that is conscious at the moment it is coming out of the cocoon in inverted position:

This is a poetic, romantic analogy ...; but it’s still a complex metaphor. However, I will try to delve deeper into the explanation, even though it seems unbelievable to many people.

It was like a strong electric current throughout my body. I experienced the terrible feeling that my skin was being pulled out of my body by this electrical current. I thought of the butterflies trying to get out of the cocoon, but in a different or reverse way, that is, as if the cocoon were the butterfly's skin being frighteningly ripped from it. I felt empathy; it was inevitable ... my despair easily won over my maturity.

 

But, understandable feeling; It was a vibrational state like a high voltage electric current. Maintain maturity? How?

My impression was that I was suffering a tremendous electric shock in the body, whose vibration made the skin detach from the body. I felt as if the psychosoma were the very skin because the sensation was something very real, palpable... 

 

I confess it was scary and I wanted to scream, but I restrained my panic because I felt my invisible helper encouraging me and calming me all the time. 

 

So, I put up with that traumatic agony of feeling the skin being disassociated from the body by electricity and my psychosoma was loosening very slowly as the electric current sensation subsided and I floated about 1 meter above and I could see my whole, inert body and quiet on the bed.
 

Then I went back to the body, sat up in bed totally stunned and wondering: 

 

-What was that?

 
Yes, the experience was so strong that I could hardly believe it and it would certainly be too much for me if I didn't have the full support of the helper who was by my side all the time. Furthermore, it was extremely important to remember my analogy butterfly-soul - cocoon-body during the experience, since that memory brought me the courage to face the metamorphosis.

But what I have said here has no strength to express the actual experience because, as I said before, however hard I try to report, the feeling is impossible to explain in words, but I have considered the possibility that this clear impression of removed skin might be common for some projectors because I remembered that during a course a girl told me that in some of her projections she felt the skin being separated from the body and thrown into the air like a skin balloon .

 

Well, I think she felt it because the perception of the psychosoma in the extraphysical or astral dimension by the projector is in no way different from the physical body. 

 

If you can get out of the body you will see this. It's really amazing how everything is as palpable there as it is palpable here. You will know that you are awake, lucid ... and nothing and no one will be able to convince you otherwise.

My goal was to be lucid during psychosoma dismemberment because I had already had the practice of projective catalepsy and intracranial buzzing before the takeoff (or, metaphorically, "ButterflySoul" takeoff), but immediately my psychosoma jumped straight out of the body (cocoon, hehe...) without feeling the disememberment.

Introdução

 

Eu tenho fascinação por borboletas desde a infância e não estava satisfeita com as explicações que recebia sobre o conceito de corpo e alma. Portanto, encontrei minha própria explicação observando as tão misteriosas frágeis borboletas coloridas, brilhantes, sutis, inigmáticas...

 

Bem, me ensinavam que a alma habitava o corpo e que quando o corpo morria a alma escapava do corpo e seria livre para voar. Assim, fazia todo sentido para minha mente pueril que a borboleta era o que mais se aproximava do conceito de alma, e, dessa maneira, a lagarta era o corpo que abrigava a borboleta. Mas, na minha opinial infantil a lagarta era uma prisão muito apertada que prendia e oprimia a maravilhosa borboleta. 

E sobre o casulo?

 

Ora, pensar em casulo era demais para mim.

Me esforçar para tentar entender corpo e alma; "lagarta-corpo e borboleta-alma" já era uma confusão em minha mente, imagine como seria misturar tudo isso com metamorfose.     

Eu era uma criança muito diferente das outras, de acordo com a opinião das pessoas ao meu redor: excêntrica, questionadora, curiosa, criatriva; inteligente, perspicaz e sensível além do natural (ou sobrenatural se você preferir)... Aliás, eu pensava sobre borboletas como seres sobrenaturais...

 

Poeticamente, neste artigo, a borboleta que representa a minha alma (psicossoma), perdeu a coragem de experimentar, novamente, estar consciente no momento em que se desprenderá do casulo (soma ou corpo).

Eu estava curiosa sobre como era a sensação do momento do desligamento do  psicossoma, porque eu sempre saía para fora do corpo sem perceber como isso acontecia durante o desprendimento e eu ouvi o relato de algumas pessoas dizendo que elas percebiam esse momento, mas que isso era muito difícil de conseguir e exigia muito esforço e vontade firme.

 

Assim, passei a pedir ao meu amparador(auxiliar invisível) que me ajudasse a experimentar essa ocorrência e houve uma noite em que eu estava determinada a conseguir isso. Então eu disse ao meu amparador:

 

- Estou pronta, amparador. Por favor, me ajude. 

Deitei em decúbito dorsal e comecei a manobrar minhas energias com a finalidade de atingir um estado vibracional de alta potência. Usei as técnicas de mobilização de energia que aprendi nos cursos do IIPC, como disse acima e, de repente, comecei a sentir algo muito difícil de explicar com palavras, mas tentarei explicar com a ajuda de uma analogia mais fácil de entender. .

Pense em uma borboleta que está consciente no momento em que está saindo do casulo em posição invertida:

Esta é uma analogia poética, romântica ..., mas ainda é uma metáfora complexa. No entanto, vou tentar me aprofundar na explicação, embora pareça inacreditável para muitas pessoas.

 

Aquilo era como uma forte corrente elétrica no meu corpo todo. Experimentei a terrível sensação de que a minha pele estava sendo arrancada do meu corpo por essa corrente elétrica. Pensei nas borboletas se desprendendo do casulo,  mas de uma meneira diferente ou inversa, ou seja, como se o casulo fosse a pele da borboleta sendo assustadoramente  arrancada desta. Senti empatia; foi inevitável..., o meu desespero venceu, facilmente, a minha maturidade.

 

Ora, sentimento compreensível; aquilo era um estado vibracional como uma corrente elétrica de alta tensão. 

 

Minha impressão era de que eu estava sofrendo um tremendo choque elétrico no corpo, cuja vibração fazia a pele se desprender do corpo. Senti como se o psicossoma fosse a própria pele de tão real, "palpável"... que era essa sensação. 

Confesso que foi assustador e eu tinha vontade de gritar, mas contive o meu pânico porque eu sentia o meu amparador me encorajando e me acalmando o tempo todo. 

 

Assim, aguentei firme aquela traumática agonia de me sentir como a borboleta sendo desgrudada à força do casulo por eletricidade; meu psicossoma foi se soltando bem devagar enquanto a sensação da corrente elétrica diminuía. Flutuei cerca de 1 metro acima, enquanto podia ver meu corpo completo, inerte e tranquilo sobre a cama. 
 

Em seguida meu psicossoma voltou para meu corpo, sentei-me na cama totalmente atordoada e me perguntando:

 

- O que foi isso?!
 

Sim, a experiência foi tão forte que eu mal podia acreditar e certamente eu não poderia aguentar isso se não estivesse totalmente amparada pelo meu amparador que esteve ao meu lado em tempo integral. Além disso, foi de extrema importância a lembrança sobre a minha analogia "borboleta-alma; casulo-corpo" durante a experiência, uma vez que essa lembrança me trouxe coragem para enfrentar a "metamorfose"

 

Entretanto,o que eu disse aqui não tem poder suficiente para expressar a experiência real, já que,como  disse antes, por mais que eu me esforce para relatar o que senti, a sensação é impossível de ser explicada com palavras, mas eu cogitei a possibilidade de que essa nítida impressão de "pele arrancada" talvez fosse comum para alguns projetores, pois me lembrei que durante um curso uma moça me contou que em algumas de suas projeções ela sentiu a pele ser separada do corpo e arremessada para o ar como um "balão de pele". 

 

Bem, eu penso que a referida garota sentia isso por que a percepção do psicossoma, pelo projetor, na dimensão "extrafísica" (ou astral) em nada difere do corpo físico deste.

 

Se você conseguir sair do corpo você vai constatar isso. É realmente impressionante como tudo é tão "palpável" lá quanto é palpável aqui. Você vai saber que está acordado, lúcido... e nada e ninguém vai conseguir convencer você do contrário.

 
O meu objetivo era estar lúcida durante o desprendimento do psicossoma, porque eu já tinha a prática da catalepsia projetiva e do zumbido intra craniano antes de "decolar", mas, imediatamente a isso, meu psicossoma "pulava" direto para fora do corpo sem sentir o desprendimento propriamente dito.

Astral projection (or astral travel) is a spiritual interpretation of the out of body experience. Astral Projection is a very common occurrence. Five to ten percent of the world’s population has experienced a conscious out of body experience at least once. How would you know if it has happened to you?

Astral Travel or Projection, are terms used to describe the ‘out of body experience’. The existence of the Astral Plane and the Astral body is recorded in texts and esoteric material pre-dating cultures as ancient as the Phoenician, Chaldean and Sumerian.

Historically, in both the East and West, the existence of the astral body or the subtle body has long been acknowledged, and on the basis of that recognition, profound esoteric healing techniques and modalities were developed. These healing practices remain widely used to this present day with great efficacy. Think energy Healers, Reiki Master’s, Distance Healing and any number of practitioners specifically working with the energetic body.

Classically, the Astral Body is described as an intermediate body of light linking the rational soul to the physical body, while the astral plane is an intermediate world of light between Heaven and Earth. Astral projection or travel signifies the astral body leaving the physical to travel the astral plane.

It’s interesting to note that widespread accounts of ‘Astral Travel’ are documented in religious texts worldwide. Commonly the texts describe the experience of ‘spiritual/astral travel’ as the ‘soul’s journey or ‘ascent’ into the higher realms.

For many of those who practice conscious Astral Projection, the experience, from the first instance, validates and reinforces the understanding that life after the death of the physical body — is a reality. All describe the experience of finding themselves outside their physical bodies, totally aware and present, able to see, hear, touch, smell and taste. Given that this is how all people who’ve experienced a spontaneous OBE or a conscious astral projection describe the world encountered in the Astral, it is impossible to dismiss the premise that life in the physical is just a moment’s journey away from our source of origin — our spiritual home.

Today, most of us are comfortable with the notion that we are energetic beings functioning within an infinite universe of energy and matter. But to keep it simple — we astral travel in our sleep. When we dream, we are unconsciously engaging in astral projection. In so much that when you are sleeping your soul leaves your body.

There is a physical ‘button’ or switch’ if you will, that is activated when you are deep in meditation, sleeping or engaged in conscious Astral projection or travel. The switch, located deep in our brains, is known as the pineal gland and it releases a chemical known as DMT (Dimethyltryptamine). This chemical is what impels your soul from your body when sleeping, triggers the near death experience and activates the passage of the soul when the body is dying.

In reality few of us have any control over what the soul does when we are sleeping, in fact it is understood that when sleeping it is our subconscious in control.

The difference between unconscious astral travel when asleep and dreaming; and practiced astral projection, is that with conscious astral projection you are able to control where your subtle body or soul travels in the first place. It is often described as ‘conscious or aware sleep’.

The benefits of practicing conscious astral traveling and out of body investigation are immeasurable as it spreads beyond the boundaries of the physical and rational. A great many people experience a profound shift and an inner blooming of their spiritual being, their perspective of themselves as spiritual and physical beings undergoes a transformation.

They experience life with greater consciousness and vitality, certain in the knowledge that they are more than just a physical being destined to lead a short, physical only, finite life.

Many state the experience of connecting with a vast, universal energy — to the source itself. One of My Experiences on Projections of Consciousness or O.O.B.E. (out-of-the-body experience) 
 

In a certain event at CEAEC - Center for Higher Studies of Conscientiology; Foz do Iguaçu; Brazil - I entered the laboratory of projection of consciousness, prepared everything, sat in the armchair and began to do basic energy mobilization exercise; an exercise I learned from the first courses of IIPC - International Institute of Projectiology and Conscientiology. But as I began to feel an uneasiness incompatible with the practice, I decided to interrupt it to make notes related to it.

I got up from the chair and went to the table. I tried to pick up the sheet of paper with my hand several times, but I could not. My hand went through paper without even moving it as little as possible. Then I thought, "I am out of my body as lucidly as I have never been before ." It was unbelievable !!!

Perplex, I turned to look at the armchair and there was my inert body.
After the "fright", I was excited and I floated to the top of one of the walls.
Up there, I began to try to cross the wall, first with my hands. With a little insistence I felt my arm as if sucked by the wall and, suddenly, I was already outside the CEAEC campus.
The campus was stunningly clear. Without hesitation, I returned to the entrance of the campus and decided to reach the reception.

To my surprise, a teenage colleague of the Nutrition and Dietetics course was waiting for me; I was a student of that course at the time. She cried a lot and said that things were very bad in her house. I tried to protect her and know what exactly was happening in her house. She just cried and said she was not sure what the problem was. So I told her to come home and that as soon as we were in the ETE (São Paulo State Technical School) we would talk.

After that I remember going straight back to the lab without redoing the course. Something like, "I thought, I came back."
After the event, I returned to São Paulo.
Already in the ETE, I entered the empty room and sat in the chair as always.
Few of the students were coming in, and the classmate came in and sat down next to me.

I asked her if everything was okay and she said yes. I pressed the question asking if everything was well in her home. She said yes. She was smiling and calm. I tried not to self-suggest with the expectations of success of my experiment and to focus on the desire for what was best for everyone, as I learned from Waldo Vieira that this is the best and most sensible desire we can have.

A few days later, sitting in the same chair, I was suddenly surprised at her entrance exactly like she introduced herself to me at CEAEC, only she cried more quietly than during my conscious out-of-the-body-experience (O.O.B.E.) .

To my "astonishment" she told me the same thing that she said at the CEAEC reception and I only gave her affection and attention since she could not even say what was happening, she only assumed, so it seemed the conduct of her parents, that things were not going well between them. She feared for their separation. I was perplexed by this occurrence. It was the realization that my classmate and I really found ourselves in the "extraphysical" dimension during my CEAEC laboratory experiment. I hardly believed that it had just happened and it stunned me for a few days.

However, as I always say, no one has to believe in any of this. The only thing I can say is that only the person and his experiences can provide him with his own inner certainties. So, if you are interested, I suggest that you research the institutions of Conscientiology and, if possible, go to CEAEC and do the lab practices. I answer only for myself.

This was just one of many experiments on projections of consciousness or O.O.B.E. that I had before and after knowing PROJECIOLOGY.

Well, if you did not understand almost nothing I will give below some explanations to facilitate the understanding:

conscin: intraphysical consciousness (the individual, the human being)

sum: body

vehicles of manifestation: the physical body and the "energetic" or more subtle bodies popularly known as spirit, soul, essence, as you prefer

holochakra: the whole or all of the * chakra

psychosoma: popularly known as fluidic casing that connects the body with the spirit; psychic body, perispirit (spiritism)

mentalsoma: mental body, seat of consciousness ...

consciex: extraphysical consciousness: popularly known as spirit or disembodied body.

* chakras: "from Sanskrit - are the centers of force situated in the energy body and whose main function is the absorption of energy - prana, chi - from the environment into the energy field and the physical body. of energetic bridge between the spiritual body and the physical body."-Wagner Borges

This is beautiful. It also makes me tremble.

Ernest Hemingway used this phrase "For whom the bell rings" to write a book that turned out to be a beautiful movie with Gary Cooper and Ingrid Bergman.

Até  Março/2017,  eu me utilizei da saudação Namastê.
Namastê é uma saudação principalmente hinduísta que significa, entre algumas outras definições, a divindade que habita em mim saúda a divindade que habita em você, mas nesse caso entendam como: "ANAMASTE" - estou acrescentando o A à frente de Namastê como representação de Amparador, assim, estou entendendo  que meu amparador está me pedindo para adotar essa nova saudação, então: 

"ANAMASTE": Meu amparador saúda você e o seu amparador, auxiliar invisível, espírito de luz ampatador, mentor....como você preferir...

Que aprendamos com os amparadores , a buscar nossa "proéxis", programação existencial(Waldo Vieira), fazer desta a razão de viver e respeitar as escolhas dos outros. 

Autodidatismo

Waldo era um eterno AUTODIDATA.

O Autodidatismo é muito sério, muito importante...e estudar por conta própria, com discernimento a respeito de literatura de alto nível(assuntos pró-evolutivos) expande a consciência muito mais do que estudar em qualquer instituição educacional, não importa quão altamente considerada esta instituição seja. Waldo foi o maior autodidata do seu tempo e de todos os tempos, na minha opinião. Também, na minha opinião: Ele foi o melhor em tudo! 

Experiência de Laboratório

Uma de Minhas Experiências sobre Projeções da Consciencia ou O.O.B.E.  

Em um determinado evento no CEAEC - Centro de Altos Estudos da Conscienciologia, Foz do Iguaçu, Brasil - entrei no laboratório da projeção da consciência, preparei tudo,sentei-me na poltrona e comecei a fazer o exercício de mobilização básica de energia (exercício esse que aprendi com os primeiros cursos do IIPC - Instituto Internacional de Projeciologia e Conscienciologia). Porém, como passei a sentir um desassossego incompatível com a prática, resolvi interrompe-la para fazer anotações relacionadas a isso.
 

Levantei-me da poltrona e fui em direção à mesa. Levei a mão à folha de papel mas não consegui apanha-lo. Tentei pega-lo diversas vezes mas a minha mão passava através dele sem ao menos move-lo o mínimo que fosse. Então pensei: Estou fora do meu corpo tão lucidamente como jamais estive. Era inacreditável!!!

Perplexa, virei-me para olhar a poltrona e lá estava meu corpo inerte.

Passado o "susto", fiquei entusiasmada e volitei até a parte mais alta de uma das paredes.
 

Lá no alto, passei a tentar atravessar a parede, primeiro com as mãos.

Com um pouco de insistência senti o braço como se sugado pela parede e, de pronto, eu já estava do lado de fora do campus do CEAEC. 
 

O campus  estava impressionantemente límpido.
Sem hesitação, volitei até próximo à entrada do campus e resolvi chegar à recepção. 
 

Para minha surpresa, lá estava a minha espera uma colega adolescente do curso de Nutrição e Dietética (eu era aluna desse curso na época).

Ela chorava muito e dizia que as coisas estavam muito ruins em sua casa. 

 

Tentei ampara-la e saber o que , exatamente, se passava em sua casa. Ela apenas chorava e dizia não saber ao certo qual era o problema. Então eu disse a ela que voltasse pra casa e que assim que estivéssemos na ETE (Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo)  conversaríamos.
 

Depois disso lembro-me de ter volitado direto ao laboratório sem refazer o percurso. Algo como: "pensei, voltei".
 

Finalizado o evento, retornei para São Paulo.
 

Já na ETE, entrei na sala vazia e sentei-me na cadeira de sempre. 

Poucos alunos iam chegando e a colega mencionada entrou e sentou-se ao meu lado.

 

Perguntei-lhe se estava tudo bem e ela me respondeu que sim. Insisti na  pergunta indagando se em sua casa estava tudo em ordem. Ela respondeu que sim. 

  

Ela estava sorridente e tranquila. Eu tentei não me auto sugestionar com expectativas de sucesso do meu experimento e focar no desejo de que acontecesse o que fosse melhor para todos, como aprendi com Waldo Vieira que esse é o melhor e mais sensato desejo que podemos ter.
 

Passados alguns dias, sentada na mesma cadeira,  fui subitamente surpreendida com a entrada dela exatamente como se apresentou a mim no CEAEC, só que chorava mais discretamente do que durante a minha projeção consciente ou OOBE(out-of-the-body- experience).
 

Para meu "espanto" ela disse-me a mesmíssima coisa que disse na recepção do CEAEC e eu apenas lhe dei carinho e atenção já que ela sequer sabia dizer o que estava acontecendo, apenas presumia , pelo que aparentava a conduta de seus pais, que as coisas não iam nada bem entre eles. Ela temia pela separação deles. 

 

Fiquei perplexa com essa ocorrência. Era a constatação de que minha colega de classe e eu realmente nos encontramos na dimensão extrafísica durante o meu experimento de laboratório do CEAEC. 

Eu mal acreditava que aquilo acabara de acontecer e isso me atordoou por alguns dias. 
 

Entretanto, como sempre digo,  ninguém precisa acreditar em nada disso. A única coisa que posso dizer é que apenas a pessoa e suas  experiências podem lhe proporcionar as próprias certezas íntimas. Assim, caso você tenha interesse, sugiro que pesquise sobre as instituições da Cosncienciologia e, se possível, vá ao CEAEC e faça as práticas dos laboratórios. Eu respondo apenas por mim. 
 

Essa foi apenas uma das muitas experiências sobre projeções da consciência ou OOBE que eu tive antes e depois de conhecer a PROJECIOLOGIA.

Bem, se você não entendeu quase nada darei abaixo algumas explicações para facilitar a compreensão:

"conscin": consciência intrafíca (o indivíduo, o ser humano)

  soma: corpo

"veículos de manifestação": o corpo físico e os corpo mais sutis popularmente conhecidos como espírito, alma, essência, como você preferir.

"holochacra": o conjunto ou totalidade dos *chacras.

"psicossoma": popularmente conhecido como envólucro fluídico que liga o corpo ao espírito; corpo psíquico, perispírito(espiritismo).

"mentalsoma": corpo mental, sede da consciência...

"consciex": consciência extrafísica: popularmente conhecido como espírito ou corpo desencarnado.

*chacras: "do sânscrito - são os centros de força situados no corpo energético e que têm como função principal a absorção de energia - prana , chi - do meio ambiente para o interior do campo energético e do corpo físico. Além disso, servem de ponte energética entre o corpo espiritual e o corpo físico." -Wagner Borges

E por isso não perguntes por quem os sinos dobram; eles dobram por ti”. 

Para mim significa que o homem não deve se comportar egoisticamente, deve se relacionar com os outros, pois depende deles para viver. Qualquer outro homem que morre, ele morre um pouco, pois depende dele para continuar vivendo. Por isso não deve perguntar por quem os sinos dobram anunciando uma morte, porque também está na realidade anunciando a dele própria. 

É lindo isso. Também me arrepia. 

Ernest Hemingway usou essa frase "Por Quem os Sinos Dobram" para escrever um livro que virou um lindo filme com Gary Cooper e Ingrid Bergman, que já vi inúmeras vezes.
