Raul Seixas had a brilliant mind and his ideas were very advanced for the time in which he lived, as well as the ideas of the great geniuses of the history of mankind. 

I think this is the best explanation for the cause of the Foreigner Syndrome for obvious reasons, that is, if a person's ideas are very advanced compared to the other people with whom it relates, it is only natural that this person feel displaced from the group as 'The Ugly Duckling' of Brazilian children's history with the same name. 

So this person will feel like a stranger in the nest or a foreigner and as the human being is a basically social being, this feeling of inadequacy is probably going to lead to an important existential crisis and consequently to psychic disorders mainly to depression, if deep, is the leading cause of suicide worldwide.

But the case of  Raul Seixas is even more complex because his psychic disorders were caused by the combination of the Foreigner Syndrome with the most important cause for the depression of the famous artists which is the excess of everything, especially of exposure. 

People who are highly regarded, adored and admired or envied by at least a dozen other people have their energies sucked or, as many like to say, vampirized.  If anyone who is the target of any of these types has his energies sucked, imagine how energetically fragile those who are exposed to the crowds will be. But you must be wondering: why?

I will explain the reason for this with a very common example in Brazilian culture. Here in Brazil mothers often take their babies to be blessed by benzedeiras (women who have the gift of blessing). 

Mothers do this because their babies are agitated, they do not sleep much, they cry all the time and they look sad, even though these mothers did everything the pediatrician taught to calm the baby. 

Incredibly, these babies get better after being blessed. The healers use branches of medicinal herbs for this purpose, that is, they make many prayers as they shake the branches around the baby, obviously without touching them with the branches or they would hurt them. 

After the baby is blessed the fresh branches dehydrate and wither, impressively. Well, the explanation for this to work is that the medicinal herb assimilates the aggressive energies to the baby for these, in other words, the baby looks good and the herb dies. 

The indigenous healers use this method of treatment and cure very much. The main point is that the baby has had its energies so sucked because the babies are very cute and attract the look, admiration, the adoration ... of almost all who approach them. For this reason, some mothers avoid exposing their babies too much in Brazil.

But why are not some famous artists affected by this over-exposure to the crowds?

Their temperament envelops them or creates around them a kind of protective energy shield, so the energies that are thrown into them hit and back. 

My best example of this type of artist is the Brazilian singer Roberto Carlos because he is so adored as a king here in Brazil for dozens of years; including everyone calling him King Roberto Carlos, but no one has ever heard of  Roberto being involved in any of these problems that most artists have, except for some of the manias he has already revealed he has, but common mania of anyone  and treatable in a serene way.

Personal experience

The reason I memorized Waldo's clarification very well was because I wasted a lot of time trying to take shortcuts in which I was so harassed and self-harassed, that when I realized it wasn't getting me anywhere, I went into a deep depression, abandoned everything by feeling of failure, rejection, exclusion, doubt about my ability to do anything that has any importance.

There are several articles on this blog with many of my personal experiences and many others that I have not yet published.

I hope I have enough time to write and publish them all, since I spent a lot of time trying to shorten paths and even after finding the path that took me to the exact place, where there were all the physical and extraphysical tools to help me optimize the fulfillment of my existential programming, I achieved what seemed impossible: to try a shortcut, well justified, within maximecanism (totality of the institution).

I was in the part totally suitable for me, but I let myself be seduced, by a new part inside maximecanism (like cells, that make up organs that make up the total organism). This part appeared and seemed more attractive, more interesting, more lively and, by the way, easier, in the sense of shortening the way to get there to my goal, that is, I looked for a shortcut and found a maze, but this is a long story that, by the way, I just wrote the title in italics.

I will do a deeper analysis about Raul Seixas' depression. We all know that he died of acute pancreatitis, worsened by diabetes and undoubtedly accelerated by his intense existential suffering and sadness.

Why did Raul get depressed? There are many causes and I will analyze just a few.

I have read a lot about your life and what is said about your childhood and family is that they had a good education and were traditionalists. However, Raul's human nature from an early age has proved to be questioning and extremely curious. In other words, he was naturally fond of philosophical and existential questions.

The old questions of all human beings always plagued his mind: “Who am I? Why was I born? Why am i here Because I'm brazilian? Where do I go after I die? etc".

Then came the guy who would revolutionize Brazilian music. It is not for nothing that he said in one of his songs: “At the age of 11, I already suspected the absolute truth…”.

With Raul's immense talent for composing and singing, he reached the top of success in 1973 with his first solo album called “krig-ha bandolo!” When he was 28 years old. Realize! With only 28 years old, Raul already had everything that money can provide: fame, success, cars, trips, etc. etc.

But Raul was a different guy! It is from there that we begin to perceive his human nature more focused on the spiritual and transcendent. There is even a beautiful phrase from him that sums up this search for the transcendent:

Embora haja muita especulação sobre a depressão e outros transtornos psíquicos de Raul Seixas e tantos outros artistas famosos, no caso específico de Raul Seixas a Síndrome do Estrangeiro é muito evidente e, aliás, sua música que o levou ao auge da fama é "ouro do tolo"; música em que Raul revela seu sentimento absoluto de não pertencer ao meio em que viveu. Raul Seixas tinha uma mente brilhante e suas ideias eram muito avançadas para a época em que viveu, assim como as ideias dos grandes génios da história da humanidade.  

Penso que esta é a melhor explicação para a causa da Síndrome do Estrangeiro por motivos óbvios, ou seja, se as ideias de uma pessoa são muito avançadas em relação às demais pessoas com quem se relaciona, é natural que essa pessoa se sinta deslocada do grupo como o 'Patinho Feio' da história infantil com o mesmo nome. 

Portanto essa pessoa vai se sentir um "estranho no ninho" ou um estrangeiro e como o ser humano é um ser basicamente social, esse sentimento de inadequação provavelmente vai levar a uma importante crise existencial e consequentemente a distúrbios psíquicos principalmente a depressão que, se profunda o suficiente, é a principal causa de suicídio em todo o mundo.

Mas o caso de Raul Seixas é ainda mais complexo porque seus distúrbios psíquicos foram causados ​​pela combinação da Síndrome do Estrangeiro com a causa mais importante da depressão dos famosos artistas que é o excesso de tudo, principalmente de exposição. 

Pessoas que são altamente consideradas, adoradas e admiradas ou invejadas por pelo menos uma dúzia de outras pessoas têm suas energias "sugadas" ou, como muitos gostam de dizer, "vampirizadas". Se alguém que é alvo de qualquer um desses tipos de sentimentos, tem suas energias "sugadas", imagine quão frágeis energeticamente serão aqueles que são expostos às multidões. Vou explicar o motivo disso com um exemplo muito comum na cultura brasileira. Aqui no Brasil as mães costumam levar seus bebês para serem abençoados pelas "benzedeiras" (mulheres que têm o dom da bênção). As mães fazem isso porque seus bebês ficam agitados, não dormem muito, choram o tempo todo e parecem tristes, mesmo que essas mães tenham feito tudo que o pediatra ensinou para acalmar o bebê. 

Incrivelmente, esses bebês melhoram depois de serem abençoados. 

Os curandeiros usam galhos de ervas medicinais para esse fim, ou seja, fazem muitas orações enquanto agitam os galhos ao redor do bebê, obviamente sem tocá-los com os galhos ou isso iria machucá-los. 

Depois que o bebê é abençoado, os ramos frescos desidratam e murcham de maneira impressionante. Bem, a explicação para que isso funcione é que a erva medicinal assimila as energias agressivas ao bebê, ou seja, o bebê fica bem e a erva morre. 

Os curandeiros indígenas usam esse método de tratamento e curam muito. O ponto principal é que o bebê teve suas energias tão sugadas porque os bebês são muito fofos e atraem o olhar, a admiração, a adoração ... de quase todos que se aproximam deles. Por isso, algumas mães evitam expor demais seus bebês no Brasil.

Mas por que alguns artistas famosos não são afetados por essa super exposição às multidões? 

Bem, a maioria dos artistas são excessivamente exibicionistas e fazem isso de propósito porque amam ser adorados e é exatamente por isso que escolheram ser artistas, mas embora não saibam, isso não é um comportamento inteligente; inteligentes são os famosos artistas que trabalham por pura vocação e talento, mas são muito discretos para fazer seu trabalho e nunca expõem à mídia suas vidas privadas e até no palco fazem seu trabalho com muita naturalidade, serenidade, simplicidade, autenticidade...

O temperamento destes os envolve ou cria em torno deles uma espécie de escudo de energia protetora, de modo que as energias que são lançadas neles "batem e voltam". 

Meu melhor exemplo desse tipo de artista é o cantor brasileiro Roberto Carlos porque ele é tão adorado quanto um rei aqui no Brasil há dezenas de anos; inclusive todos o chamam de Rei Roberto Carlos, mas, ninguém nunca ouviu falar de Roberto envolvido em algum desses problemas que a maioria dos artistas tem, exceto por algumas das manias que ele já revelou ter, mas, manias comuns de qualquer pessoa e tratável de uma maneira serena.

Tudo o que diz respeito à assimilação de energias é explicado pela Conscienciologia, ciência cujo precursor foi o médico, professor, escritor, experimentador ... Waldo Vieira.

"...porque foi tão fácil conseguir e agora eu me pergunto: E daí?"

Aqui está comprovado que Raul provavelmente tinha a tendência de buscar atalhos. Ouvi inúmeras vezes Waldo Vieira dizer em seus cursos, palestras ... que atalhos não levam a lugar  nenhum; por isso são uma das causas principais dos desvios das programações existenciais.

Experiência pessoal 

A razão pela qual  memorizei muito bem  esse esclarecimento de Waldo foi por que perdi muito tempo tentando atalhos nos quais eu fui tão assediada e auto assediada, que ao perceber que aquilo não estava me levando a lugar nenhum, entrava em profunda depressão, abandonava tudo por sentimento de fracasso, rejeição, exclusão, dúvida sobre a minha capacidade de fazer qualquer coisa que tivesse alguma importância.

Há varios artigos neste blog com muitas das minhas experiências pessoais e muitas outras que ainda não publiquei. 

Espero ter tempo de vida suficiente para escrever e publicar todas, já que gastei muito tempo desta vida tentando encurtar caminhos e mesmo após encontrar o caminho que me levou ao local exato, onde havia todas as "ferramentas" físicas e extrafísicas para me ajudar a otimizar o cumprimento da minha programação existencial, consegui o que parecia impossível: experimentar um atalho, "bem justificado", dentro do próprio "maximecanismo" (a instituição em sua totalidade).

Eu estava na parte totalmente adequada para mim, mas, me deixei ser seduzida por uma nova parte do maximecanismo que surgiu e parecia mais atrativa, mais interessante, mais animada e, diga-se de passagem, mais fácil, no sentido de encurtar o caminho para chegar à minha meta, isto é, busquei um atalho e encontrei um labirinto, mas, esta é uma longo história que, a propósito, acabei de escrever o título em itálico.

Uma análise da depressão de Raul Seixas – Universo 

Farei uma análise mais profunda sobre a depressão do Raul Seixas. Todos nós sabemos que ele morreu por conta de uma pancreatite aguda, agravada pela diabetes e sem dúvida alguma, também acelerada pelo seu intenso sofrimento existencial e tristeza.

Por que o Raul se deprimiu? São muitas as causas e vou analisar apenas algumas.

Já li bastante sobre a sua vida e o que se fala sobre sua infância e família é que eles tinham uma boa educação e eram tradicionalistas. Porém, a natureza humana do Raul desde cedo já se mostrou questionadora e extremamente curiosa. Ou seja, ele era naturalmente afeito às questões filosóficas e existenciais.

As velhas perguntas de todos os seres humanos sempre atormentavam sua mente: “Quem sou eu? Por que eu nasci? Por que estou aqui? Por que sou brasileiro? Pra onde eu vou depois que morrer? etc”.

Daí começou a surgir o cara que iria revolucionar a música brasileira. Não é à toa que ele disse em uma de suas músicas: “Aos 11 anos de idade eu já desconfiava da verdade absoluta…”.

Com o imenso talento do Raul para compor e cantar, ele atingiu o topo do sucesso em 1973 com seu primeiro álbum solo chamado “krig-ha bandolo!”, quando tinha 28 anos. Perceba! Com apenas 28 anos o Raul já tinha tudo que o dinheiro pode proporcionar: fama, sucesso, carros, viagens etc. etc.

Mas o Raul era um cara diferente! É a partir daí que começamos a perceber sua natureza humana mais voltada para o espiritual e transcendente. Inclusive, há uma belíssima frase dele que resume essa busca pelo transcendente:

“Do materialismo ao espiritualismo é uma simples questão de esperar esgotarem-se os limites do primeiro.”

Laboratory Experience

One of My Experiences on Projections of Consciousness or O.O.B.E. (out-of-the-body experience) 
 

In a certain event at CEAEC - Center for Higher Studies of Conscientiology; Foz do Iguaçu; Brazil - I entered the laboratory of projection of consciousness, prepared everything, sat in the armchair and began to do basic energy mobilization exercise; an exercise I learned from the first courses of IIPC - International Institute of Projectiology and Conscientiology. But as I began to feel an uneasiness incompatible with the practice, I decided to interrupt it to make notes related to it.

I got up from the chair and went to the table. I tried to pick up the sheet of paper with my hand several times, but I could not. My hand went through paper without even moving it as little as possible. Then I thought: I am out of my body as lucidly as I have never been before.  It was unbelievable !!!

Perplex, I turned to look at the armchair and there was my inert body.
After the fright, I was excited and I floated to the top of one of the walls.
Up there, I began to try to cross the wall, first with my hands. With a little insistence I felt my arm as if sucked by the wall and, suddenly, I was already outside the CEAEC campus.
The campus was stunningly clear. Without hesitation, I returned to the entrance of the campus and decided to reach the reception.

To my surprise, a teenager colleague of the Nutrition and Dietetics course was waiting for me; I was a student of that course at the time. She cried a lot and said that things were very bad in her house. I tried to protect her and know what exactly was happening in her house. She just cried and said she was not sure what the problem was. So I told her to come home and that as soon as we were in the ETE (São Paulo State Technical School) we would talk.

After that I remember going straight back to the lab without redoing the course. Something like, I thought, I came back.

After the event, I returned to São Paulo.

Already in the ETE, I entered the empty room and sat in the chair as always.
Few of the students were coming in, and the classmate came in and sat down next to me.

I asked her if everything was okay and she said yes. I pressed the question asking if everything was well in her home. She said yes. She was smiling and calm. I tried not to self-suggest with the expectations of success of my experiment and to focus on the desire: whatever happens, be the best for everyone, as I learned from Waldo Vieira that this is the best and most sensible desire we can have.

A few days later, sitting in the same chair, I was suddenly surprised at her entrance exactly like she introduced herself to me at CEAEC, only she cried more quietly than during my conscious projection or out-of-the-body-experience (O.O.B.E.) .
 
To my astonishment she told me the same thing that she said at the CEAEC reception and I only gave her affection and attention since she could not even say what was happening, she only assumed, so it seemed the conduct of her parents, that things were not going well between them. She feared for their separation. I was perplexed by this occurrence. It was the realization that my classmate and I really found ourselves in the extraphysical dimension during my CEAEC laboratory experiment. I hardly believed that it had just happened and it stunned me for a few days.

However, as I always say, no one has to believe in any of this. The only thing I can say is that only the person and his experiences can provide him with his own inner certainties. So, if you are interested, I suggest that you research the institutions of Conscientiology and, if possible, go to CEAEC and do the lab practices. I answer only for myself.

This was just one of many experiments on projections of consciousness or O.O.B.E. that I had before and after knowing PROJECIOLOGY.

Well, if you did not understand almost nothing I will give below some explanations to facilitate the understanding:

conscin: intraphysical consciousness (the individual, the human being)

sum: body

vehicles of manifestation: the physical body and the "energetic" or more subtle bodies popularly known as spirit, soul, essence, as you prefer

holochakra: the whole or all of the * chakra

psychosoma: popularly known as fluidic casing that connects the body with the spirit; psychic body, perispirit (spiritism)

mentalsoma: mental body, seat of consciousness ...

consciex: extraphysical consciousness: popularly known as spirit or disembodied body.

* chakras: "from Sanskrit - are the centers of force situated in the energy body and whose main function is the absorption of energy - prana, chi - from the environment into the energy field and the physical body. of energetic bridge between the spiritual body and the physical body."-Wagner Borges

This is beautiful. It also makes me tremble.

Ernest Hemingway used this phrase "For whom the bell rings" to write a book that turned out to be a beautiful movie with Gary Cooper and Ingrid Bergman.

Até  Março/2017,  eu me utilizei da saudação Namastê.
Namastê é uma saudação principalmente hinduísta que significa, entre algumas outras definições, a divindade que habita em mim saúda a divindade que habita em você, mas nesse caso entendam como: "ANAMASTE" - estou acrescentando o A à frente de Namastê como representação de Amparador, assim, estou entendendo  que meu amparador está me pedindo para adotar essa nova saudação, então: 

"ANAMASTE": Meu amparador saúda você e o seu amparador, auxiliar invisível, espírito de luz ampatador, mentor....como você preferir...

Que aprendamos com os amparadores a buscar nossa "proéxis", programação existencial(Waldo Vieira), fazer desta a razão de viver e respeitar as escolhas dos outros. 

Autodidatismo

Waldo era um eterno AUTODIDATA.

O Autodidatismo é muito sério, muito importante...e estudar por conta própria, com discernimento a respeito de literatura de alto nível(assuntos pró-evolutivos) expande a consciência muito mais do que estudar em qualquer instituição educacional, não importa quão altamente considerada esta instituição seja. Waldo foi o maior autodidata do seu tempo e de todos os tempos, na minha opinião. Também, na minha opinião: Ele foi o melhor em tudo!

Uma de Minhas Experiências sobre Projeções da Consciencia ou O.O.B.E.

Em um determinado evento no CEAEC - Centro de Altos Estudos da Conscienciologia, Foz do Iguaçu, Brasil - entrei no laboratório da projeção da consciência, preparei tudo,sentei-me na poltrona e comecei a fazer o exercício de mobilização básica de energia (exercício esse que aprendi com os primeiros cursos do IIPC - Instituto Internacional de Projeciologia e Conscienciologia). Porém, como passei a sentir um desassossego incompatível com a prática, resolvi interrompe-la para fazer anotações relacionadas a isso.
 

Levantei-me da poltrona e fui em direção à mesa. Levei a mão à folha de papel mas não consegui apanha-lo. Tentei pega-lo diversas vezes mas a minha mão passava através dele sem ao menos move-lo o mínimo que fosse. Então pensei: Estou fora do meu corpo tão lucidamente como jamais estive. Era inacreditável!!!

Perplexa, virei-me para olhar a poltrona e lá estava meu corpo inerte.

Passado o "susto", fiquei entusiasmada e volitei até a parte mais alta de uma das paredes.
 

Lá no alto, passei a tentar atravessar a parede, primeiro com as mãos.

Com um pouco de insistência senti o braço como se sugado pela parede e, de pronto, eu já estava do lado de fora do campus do CEAEC. 
 

O campus  estava impressionantemente límpido.
Sem hesitação, volitei até próximo à entrada do campus e resolvi chegar à recepção. 
 

Para minha surpresa, lá estava a minha espera uma colega adolescente do curso de Nutrição e Dietética (eu era aluna desse curso na época).

Ela chorava muito e dizia que as coisas estavam muito ruins em sua casa. 

 

Tentei ampara-la e saber o que , exatamente, se passava em sua casa. Ela apenas chorava e dizia não saber ao certo qual era o problema. Então eu disse a ela que voltasse pra casa e que assim que estivéssemos na ETE (Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo)  conversaríamos.
 

Depois disso lembro-me de ter volitado direto ao laboratório sem refazer o percurso. Algo como: "pensei, voltei".
 

Finalizado o evento, retornei para São Paulo.
 

Já na ETE, entrei na sala vazia e sentei-me na cadeira de sempre. 

Poucos alunos iam chegando e a colega mencionada entrou e sentou-se ao meu lado.

 

Perguntei-lhe se estava tudo bem e ela me respondeu que sim. Insisti na  pergunta indagando se em sua casa estava tudo em ordem. Ela respondeu que sim. 

  

Ela estava sorridente e tranquila. Eu tentei não me auto sugestionar com expectativas de sucesso do meu experimento e focar no desejo de que acontecesse o que fosse melhor para todos, como aprendi com Waldo Vieira que esse é o melhor e mais sensato desejo que podemos ter.
 

Passados alguns dias, sentada na mesma cadeira,  fui subitamente surpreendida com a entrada dela exatamente como se apresentou a mim no CEAEC, só que chorava mais discretamente do que durante a minha projeção consciente ou OOBE(out-of-the-body- experience).
 

Para meu "espanto" ela disse-me a mesmíssima coisa que disse na recepção do CEAEC e eu apenas lhe dei carinho e atenção já que ela sequer sabia dizer o que estava acontecendo, apenas presumia , pelo que aparentava a conduta de seus pais, que as coisas não iam nada bem entre eles. Ela temia pela separação deles. 

 

Fiquei perplexa com essa ocorrência. Era a constatação de que minha colega de classe e eu realmente nos encontramos na dimensão extrafísica durante o meu experimento de laboratório do CEAEC. 

Eu mal acreditava que aquilo acabara de acontecer e isso me atordoou por alguns dias. 
 

Entretanto, como sempre digo,  ninguém precisa acreditar em nada disso. A única coisa que posso dizer é que apenas a pessoa e suas  experiências podem lhe proporcionar as próprias certezas íntimas. Assim, caso você tenha interesse, sugiro que pesquise sobre as instituições da Cosncienciologia e, se possível, vá ao CEAEC e faça as práticas dos laboratórios. Eu respondo apenas por mim. 
 

Essa foi apenas uma das muitas experiências sobre projeções da consciência ou OOBE que eu tive antes e depois de conhecer a PROJECIOLOGIA.

Bem, se você não entendeu quase nada darei abaixo algumas explicações para facilitar a compreensão:

"conscin": consciência intrafíca (o indivíduo, o ser humano)

  soma: corpo

"veículos de manifestação": o corpo físico e os corpo mais sutis popularmente conhecidos como espírito, alma, essência, como você preferir.

"holochacra": o conjunto ou totalidade dos *chacras.

"psicossoma": popularmente conhecido como envólucro fluídico que liga o corpo ao espírito; corpo psíquico, perispírito(espiritismo).

"mentalsoma": corpo mental, sede da consciência...

"consciex": consciência extrafísica: popularmente conhecido como espírito ou corpo desencarnado.

*chacras: "do sânscrito - são os centros de força situados no corpo energético e que têm como função principal a absorção de energia - prana , chi - do meio ambiente para o interior do campo energético e do corpo físico. Além disso, servem de ponte energética entre o corpo espiritual e o corpo físico." -Wagner Borges

E por isso não perguntes por quem os sinos dobram; eles dobram por ti”. 

Para mim significa que o homem não deve se comportar egoisticamente, deve se relacionar com os outros, pois depende deles para viver. Qualquer outro homem que morre, ele morre um pouco, pois depende dele para continuar vivendo. Por isso não deve perguntar por quem os sinos dobram anunciando uma morte, porque também está na realidade anunciando a dele própria. 

É lindo isso. Também me arrepia. 

Ernest Hemingway usou essa frase "Por Quem os Sinos Dobram" para escrever um livro que virou um lindo filme com Gary Cooper e Ingrid Bergman, que já vi inúmeras vezes.
